James Felton II — James Felton Dance Works

Michigan native, James Felton II is a freelance dance artist blending athleticism, expression, and a dose of tongue-in-cheek. Off-campus, James regularly collaborated in various full-length ballets, professional modern dance concerts, and community musicals throughout southwest Michigan. James’s works have been accepted to perform in Hartford Dance Festival, Detroit Dance City Festival, Kalamazoo Pride, and Movement Reservoir Dance Company’s Fall Concert. James will join Syracuse City Ballet in the 2024-2025 season under the direction of Jayson Douglas.

James Felton’s work, “Harlequod” will be presented at Small Plates Austin 2025.
