Gwemily is a duo of identical Twin sisters who create works together and in collaboration with other artists. They’ve made work for Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, Artists By Any Other Name, and Dance at Saint Peter’s. They’ve performed works made by Mari Meade Dance Company, Aimee Plauche Dance Works, and Gerard & Kelly.
Born in Germany, and raised in the United States, GwEmily has trained in classical dance forms in Ballet and Modern technique and practice improvisation and composition regularly. Each have earned her Bachelor in the Fine Arts Degree in Dance, Magna Cum Laude, from The Florida State University. They had the honor to represent the college at the American College Dance Festival Association and to perform with the Tallahassee Ballet Company.
