Zachary Frazee – Frazee Feet Dance

Frazee Feet Dance, established in 2018, is a project-based contemporary dance company based in Rochester, NY. The company is under the direction of Zachary Frazee and exclusively performs his original works throughout the Rochester area and beyond. Combining the virtuosity of ballet technique with elements of modern dance and release technique, the goal of Frazee Feet Dance is to present work that is aesthetically appealing, original and thought-provoking. Since its inception, the company has performed at several events, including the Choreographer’s Showcase at Dance With Utica, (un)Doing Balance Fundraising Showcase in Buffalo, NY, Nacre Dance’s “So You Think You Can Choreograph?” annual performance in Saratoga Springs, NY, the 2018 Rochester Fringe Festival in the company’s first evening length show, “Frazee Feet Dance: A Compilation of Choreography by Zachary Frazee,” and most recently at the NACHMO Studio Showing in New York City. The company, which can range anywhere from 6-12 professional dancers, performs equal parts repertoire and new works. Frazee Feet Dance also happens to be a Fractured Atlas Fiscally Sponsored Project which helps support new and emerging dance companies.
