West Devaney – WestWorks

WestWorks is a new and emerging collective of artists creating work by West Devaney, based out of New York City. They were recently a 2026 Aimed Dance Emerging Choreographer Fellow, presenting a new work at Lamar University with Aimed Dance Company. Their work has also been presented at the Peridance KnJ Theater, the KAZ Dance Theater Lab, and will soon be sharing work at SILO Dance Festival, Birds Eye Bash Festival, and the American Dance Guild 70th Anniversary Festival at Ailey Citigroup Theater. West’s work centers around world-building and surrealism, highlighting the audience-to-performer dynamic. West dives into soundscapes and character research to form relationships between distal points and apposing worlds.
