Morgan Teel – Dance Waterloo

Dance Waterloo is a nonprofit dance company based in Austin, Texas, creating immersive dance experiences and educational programs that invite audiences to engage, contribute, and collaborate. Known for its reflective and community-rooted approach, the company offers performances that foster deeper connection and shared understanding. Dance Waterloo is currently a 2025 finalist for the RecognizeGood Ethics in Business Award. Founder and artistic director Morgan Teel is a choreographer, social impact manager, and certified Enneagram coach who integrates introspection and accessibility into her work. She launched the company to reimagine how contemporary dance could resonate more personally with broader audiences, creating space for curiosity and belonging. Morgan holds an MFA in Dance and has shared her work across the U.S. and internationally.
