Simone Nasry (she/her) is an DMV-based mover. Originally from Minneapolis, MN, Simone trained with Minnesota Dance Theater. She is fascinated by community dance practices and since moving to the DMV has enjoyed co-creating and/or performing the works of Beth Mwambo, Ibrahim Abdo, Cassie Meador, Victoria Winter, Sarah Beth Oppenheim, Ronnique Antoinette, and Rae Grey. This is her first season with DanceArtTheatre. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, spending time with her puppy and husband, and pretending to garden.
