Shekoya Gordon grew up in Bronx, New York and graduated Cum Laude from Lehman College with her Dance B.A. In the last three years she has been apart of twenty-one works for various artists and also produced six of her own. She has performed works by Ephrat Asherie, Michael Manswell, Ni’Ja Whitson, Stephen Hill, Emylice Landestoy, Brittany Wilson, Vangeline and Wendell Cooper. Her work has been presented at the Lovinger Theater and the Bronx Academy of Arts and Dance. She now resides in Middletown, NY where she teaches ballet and hip hop to children and adults.
