Olivia Burkhart fell in love with dance at a very young age and continued her dance training at various studios around the Warrenton, Virginia area. During her junior year of high school, competing with Progressions Dance School opened numerous doors for her to gain more exposure to the dance community around Northern Virginia along with opportunities for her to teach and choreograph. At 18 she joined Nomadic Artists (now Nomadic Artistry) and performed with them in previous Small Plates Festivals, and at showcases at Joy of Motion in Washington, DC and at RAW Artists at the Howard Theater . This year she is continuing with Nomadic Artistry in their second season, teaching and choreographing at her studio, and is excited to be a guest with the Beth Elliott Dance Group for the Mise en Dance project.
