Grace Burkhardt is NOVA’s Favorite Dancer 2014. Her passion for classical ballet began at the age of three and has since turned into her life’s work. Grace is a ballerina with Asaph Dance Ensemble, a professional classical ballet company located in Manassas,Virginia. Grace has been performing with Asaph for over five years in their spring and winter ballets. She teaches ballet for both Ben Lomond Dance Department and Northern Virginia Dance Academy. In addition to her busy dance schedule, she’s a full-time honors student at Northern Virginia Community College, a 2015 SEAL award honoree, and President of NVCC’s student dance company, NOVA Dance Company. Her plans are to transfer to George Mason University to complete her education with a degree in early childhood education and dance.
